JERSEY SHORE – The man who died Friday morning in a one-vehicle crash at High and Thomas streets has been identified as William Walker, 69, of Jersey Shore, according to Lycoming County Coroner Charles E. Kiessling Jr. It is believed Walker died of natural causes after having a medical episode at the wheel, Kiessling said.
