“The public is cordially invited to beat the winter blues at two special events sponsored by Eagle Grange No. 1 as the calendar turns to the month of March,” a news release from the organization said.

Both will take place in the historic Grange Hall, 32 East Blind Road, Montgomery.

A free Family Move Night featuring the Disney movie “Wish” begins at 6 p.m., March 1, with check-in and snacks. “Seating is available but attendees may bring their own blankets, pillows or comfy chairs,” the news release said.

Celebrate Shrove Tuesday/Fasnacht Day with Eagle Grange at a free PA Dutch potluck dinner and program at 6 p.m., March 4. The fellowship meal begins at 6 p.m. with the Grange providing meat, place settings and beverages; attendees are asked to bring a traditional PA Dutch themed casserole, salad or dessert to share. Costumed Amish guest Katy King will discuss traditional Pennsylvania Dutch cooking, food preservation, gardening, butchering and animal husbandry.
