At the Lycoming Law Association’s Annual Meeting, Judge Ryan Gardner was elected as the 124th president. Judge Gardner, who joined the LLA leadership committee in 2020, previously served as the organization’s treasurer in 2022 and 2023. Upon his election, Judge Gardner thanked the members of the LLA for the opportunity to serve.
