In his first campaign, Trump bragged that he could shoot someone in the middle of Fifth Avenue and he wouldn’t lose any voters. Well, guess what, he is in the process of “shooting” our democracy in full view and his toadies are just standing on the sidewalk applauding.

As the courts try to administer life saving procedures, the damage has been done. Things will never be the same. Even while he is told he has no power to do the things he is doing, he keeps doing them because HE CAN! He has no right to, but that is not stopping him. Time after time he is being told he has no authority to do things and that his actions are illegal but he persists! The bullets keep flying and he is out of control.

Meanwhile the country is hemorrhaging. The question remains: will our democracy survive?
