We the party
“That from these honored dead we take increased devotion to that cause for which they gave the last full measure of devotion–that we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain–that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom–and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth” ~ Abraham Lincoln
The last words of this very emotional statement made at a time of strife in our nation have carried through the ages as a standing stone of strength representing the mindset of our country’s political leaders and its inhabitants. That ship has sailed a long time ago. Mr. Lincoln unfortunately was mistaken. Under this administration and prior Democratic administrations, the meaning of this final statement of Lincoln’s address have disappeared from their vocabulary.
We are in trying times. Our economy is in shambles, our military has become woke and weak, our energy policies have been destroyed, and every day living has become a choice of shall I pay the rent and starve, or buy food and become homeless. It is evident that this party has all intentions of making this country a “one party Government”; quoting George Orwell “Now I will tell you the answer to my question. It is this. The Party seeks power entirely for its own sake. We are not interested in the good of others; we are interested solely in power, pure power.”
The current occupant of the White House is doing all he can do to destroy this country by allowing and encouraging a wide-open border which allows any and all to just walk in and get a royal welcome without even so much as a background check of any kind. He has taken steps to forgive loans made by many who attended collage without giving thought as to where and who would be providing this money. Of course, the working class who bears the burden will not profit in any way with monetary compensation for their contribution to the building and preservation of this country. He has depleted, or is working on depleting, our oil reserves by selling off to foreign countries, leaving us with an empty tank should the need arise. It is alleged, and more than likely true, that he is beholden to a foreign entity, and has been accused, and I believe rightfully so, of selling his position to gain favors for not only himself, but also members of his family. And all of this while only being available from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. God forbid that we have a dire emergency or get attacked after four pm.
I have no faith in the ruling by courts made by partisan and politically appointed judges when they proclaim that there was no interference in our voting. When I cast a ballot, I receive no written receipt of my vote and therefore have no way to prove my ballot in the event of a need to give proof of my actual vote. The little “I Voted” sticker is nothing more that a “feel good” attaboy.
We the people no longer stands true and has morphed into We the Party and is something that should be of concern to all American Patriots.
